Case Study: Developer shifts to all-electric and builds new homes residents love
Tricon Sunridge, developed in partnership with Sares Regis and Tricon Residential in Rancho Cordova, includes 114 all-electric single-family rental homes. This all-electric construction project was supported by the California Electric Homes Program (CalEHP).
